After reading about a schoolmate that died, i realised how fucking fragile life can be. The only barrier between life and death is so easily broken.
One mistake, and everything is gone in an instant.
Imagine if you had a good friend, you just talked the day before and he or she disappeared from the world the day after. With no notice, goodbyes, or even an explanation.
I can already feel how it’ll be like losing a friend without any preparation for it.
I guess this is the one of the few reasons why Melissa toh’s suicide was such a huge blow to so many ppl. I remember the most recent blown up suicidal case was about 2 wannabe demon slayers who jumped off the building in a very lol manner.
Ya, but after all the prayers, and pity and sweet words for the victims of suicide, reality is, that people who attempt suicide, are irresponsible people, who never thought about how the people around them would feel if they left. No matter how much of a crappy situation they are in, broken relationships and families, stress from homework, depression, they shouldnt destroy the body and person their parents painstakingly raised. You do not own yourself.
I dont even wanna imagine how the parents would feel.
It shouldnt even be right to commit suicide, whats worse is creating a group which people can access freely, and feel that its alright to do it.
Its like taking turns to do bungee jumping, you see someone dare to do it, and you feel, hey, its not that bad after all.
And you say to yourself “I can do it too.”
I’m sure it wasnt entirely her fault, cause doing it must have required a lot of shit and mind fucking. Its already not easy to stand at the edge of a building. Jumping off must have took a whole lot of stupid idiotic courage.
Considering it is one thing. I’ve considered it, so have many millions and billions of others, But doing it is entirely different.
To all the people considering suicide, please think about everyone else first, before taking the easy way out. This is what i tell my friends that call me, weeping, and telling me they wanna die. Ask them to imagine their parents crying, thinking about all the times they had with their child from the moment they were born. How they’ll blame themselves, and how they’ll never live a proper life.
